The World of Social Media

I have learnt something today!  I organised a seminar for our regional members of the Master Photographers Association on social networking.  Consultant Jessica Zeun was really interesting and a lively lecturer and I have come away with my brain buzzing full of ideas! Happy Christmas!

I can't believe Christmas is here! I blinked at the beginning of November and now I find myself on Christmas Eve! Thanks once again for the wonderful support from all my clients. I hope you have all had a great year and here is an extra special Christmas wish for all those wedding clients who spend their first Christmas as man and wife. Love Warms the Air!

Its been manic and so haven't had chance to blog with various work and snow! I must just say a huge well done to Jo and Richard who braved the elements on their Minus 10 degrees wedding day!!! It was worth the cuddling in the cold and I can't wait to show you all the pictures on your return from skiing. Jo and Richard took their vows at the lovely All Saints church in Mickleover, Derby and followed on with a festive party for everyone at the beautiful Repton School, Derbyshire.

Tissington Treat

Sarah and Phil chose Tissington Hall for their special wedding day. This was new venue to me and it was wonderfully romantic and offered lots of opportunity for photographs.  Congratulations again to you both!

Sunshine on the Priory Terrace

I must just post some recent weddings which were great fun. Lisa and Simon had a very sunny day at Hodsock Priory near Worksop. Having taken a fun family portrait a few months previously of Lisa, Simon and their son Daniel they came back and asked me if I would also take their wedding photographs. It was a great honour they chose me.
