When should we be booking our wedding photographer and film maker?
This is a question I'm often asked and so here is my advice. If you want to have the best choice of photographers and film makers to pick from for your wedding day then the earlier the better. Photographers can certainly be booked up over a year in advance, especially for peak dates. So really as soon as you book your date and venue you can start getting in touch with photographers and film makers. There are a lot of both quality and poor image makers in the world, so do your research. Make sure the photographers/film makers you contact can show you images/films from a number of complete weddings. Also look for photographers who are qualified members of a recognised professional body such as the Master Photographers Association (MPA) proving they are professional and have capability to capture your big day correctly and creatively. Once you find the one for you book them right away! For anymore information feel free to contact Lisa.

Pet Guests at Weddings
Bobby wore his gorgeous handmade bowtie with pride when owner Helen married the second most important man in her life! Family pets at weddings are becoming more common and accepted as part of a wedding day. Don't forget I also do pet portraits so there is no need to have to wait for a wedding to capture your special friends!
